Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed in the IronPunky online shop. The full details of the seller are in our Imprint.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between IronPunky and its customers for goods ordered through this online shop. If you are a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies in addition.

2. Product descriptions

Our pieces are handmade. The photos show the design of each piece, and the piece you receive may differ slightly in shape, finish, patina or wood grain. These differences are part of handmade work and do not count as a defect.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The products in the shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By placing an order at checkout you make a binding offer to buy. You receive an email confirming that we have received your order. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, either by a separate email or by shipping the goods. The contract languages are English and German. You receive the details of your order in the order confirmation email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are added depending on the destination and are shown at checkout before you place your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

5. Payment

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are stated on our shipping page. If a piece is unexpectedly not available, we will tell you without delay and refund any payment already made.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of IronPunky until they have been paid for in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The details, the exceptions and the model withdrawal form are on our returns page.

9. Custom pieces

For a custom piece we agree the design, the price and the time frame with you by email. The contract is concluded when you confirm our proposal. Because a custom piece is made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to it.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply. If a piece is faulty, please contact us with your order number and a description or photos of the fault.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for personal injury. Liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act is not affected. In all other cases our liability for slight negligence is excluded, as far as the law allows.

12. Safe use

Please read the information that comes with each piece. Use the lamps only with the type of bulb stated on the product page, and unplug a lamp before you change the bulb.

13. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only as far as it does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
