Shipping and Payment

Every IronPunky piece is built and packed in our workshop in Vienna, Austria. This page explains where we ship, what it costs and how you can pay.

Where we ship

We ship across Europe. The countries we deliver to are listed at checkout when you enter your address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of your order. They are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises later.

Delivery times

Every order is sent with tracking. As soon as your piece is on its way, you receive an email with the tracking link.

Packing

Each piece is packed by hand at the workshop. Bulbs, valve wheels and other delicate parts are protected for the trip.

Customs outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are set by the local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take a few photos and let us know through the contact form as soon as you can. We will sort it out with you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment

All prices are final prices in euros. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners, and we never see your full card details.

Custom pieces

For a custom piece, shipping and payment are agreed with you by email together with the price, before anything is built.
