Are the pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every lamp, dispenser and figure is cut, assembled and wired by hand at our workbench in Vienna. That is why each piece differs slightly from the photos.
Which bulb does a lamp use?
Most of our lamps take a standard E27 bulb, and on most pieces the bulb is included. The exact bulb and socket for each piece are listed on its product page.
Do the dispensers come with bottles?
No. The dispensers are made for your own bottles in the standard 0.7 L and 1 L sizes, which are not included.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe with tracking. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and the shipping page has the details.
How are the pieces packed?
Each piece is packed by hand at the workshop, with the delicate parts such as bulbs and valve wheels protected for the trip.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, and custom pieces made to your design are the exception. The returns page explains how it works.
Can you build a custom piece?
Often, yes. Send us your idea on the custom pieces page.
